Idiosync co-founder Fabien brings a storyteller’s instinct to every production. A writer, producer and actor from Dublin, he trained at Filmbase before co-founding a prop hire company whose credits include Penny Dreadful, Brooklyn and The Terror. His recent short film credits include the award-winning Smoulder, Chestnuts (Cork Film Festival ’19) and Wallpaper (Chicago Irish Film Festival ’23). Fabien’s background in narrative film means branded content produced under his eye doesn’t look or feel like corporate video – it looks like film.
A versatile camera operator, assistant director and AV technician with over 10 years hands-on experience across corporate videography, live streaming and narrative film production. Kate has worked with brands including Amazon Web Services, Waterford Crystal and Hallmark, and has contributed to multiple award-winning indie film productions. As a trained digital marketing specialist, she also provides consultancy to corporate clients looking to maximise the reach of their video content after production. Kate’s dual expertise in production and marketing means she understands not just how to shoot your content – but how to make it perform.

Where is Idiosync Films based?
At 24A Baggot Street Upper, Dublin 4. We are based in Dublin and work across Ireland, including Belfast, Cork, Galway and Limerick, and travel in Europe. Travel and accommodation outside Dublin are added at cost.
Is your crew Garda vetted?
Yes. Our key crew are Garda vetted, which matters for schools and youth events, and hold Safe Pass and First Aid certification.
