Idiosync Films films customer testimonials and case study videos: real clients explaining, in their own words, the problem they had and how you solved it. We guide the interview so it sounds natural, not scripted.
We agree questions with you, brief your customer in advance, and film a relaxed conversation with two cameras, professional lighting and wireless microphones. We never hand customers a script to read.
A one-to-two-minute case study film, 30-second social cut-downs, and captioned vertical versions.
We film your customer using your product or service in context, which makes the story believable.
We collect written consent from everyone who appears, covering how the video will be used.
On your website, in sales decks, on LinkedIn and in proposals.
We supply testimonial video production services to companies in Dublin and across Ireland. We shoot multi-camera interviews in 4K with full lighting and sound recording packages, for that high-end TV feel. Let your customers tell your story.
How long is a testimonial video?
Usually 60 to 120 seconds, with 15 to 30-second cut-downs for social media.
Do customers need to prepare?
No. We send them the topics in advance and guide the conversation on the day.
Can you film customers in different locations?
We are based in Dublin and work across Ireland, including Belfast, Cork, Galway and Limerick, and travel in Europe. Travel and accommodation outside Dublin are added at cost.
