Frequently Asked Questions
How much does PTZ camera livestreaming cost for a corporate event in Ireland?
Professional multi-camera PTZ livestreaming for a corporate conference or AGM in Ireland typically ranges from €3,500 to €10,000 depending on the number of cameras, event duration, graphics requirements and whether post-event editing is included. A standard one-day conference with three PTZ cameras, vision mixing, branded graphics and streaming to one platform typically falls between €4,500 and €7,500.
How many PTZ cameras do I need for a conference livestream?
Most corporate conferences are well served by three PTZ cameras — a wide stage shot, a close-up presenter position and a panel or audience camera. Larger events with multiple speakers, breakout sessions or simultaneous stages may require four to six cameras. We assess camera requirements based on venue layout, event format and streaming objectives during pre-production planning.
What streaming platforms can you stream to?
We can stream to any platform that accepts an RTMP feed, including YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo Live, Facebook Live, Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Teams Live Events and custom private streaming platforms. Simultaneous multi-platform streaming is available where required.
Can you provide a recording of the event as well as the livestream?
Yes. We record a full programme master simultaneously with the live stream as standard. Edited highlight reels, individual session recordings and social media cuts can be delivered after the event as part of a post-production package.
Do you work with in-house AV teams at venues?
Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house AV teams at conference venues across Ireland, integrating our streaming infrastructure with venue audio, projection and lighting systems. We recommend a technical recce of the venue in advance of the event for larger productions.
What happens if the internet connection fails during a livestream?
We use bonded 4G/5G and venue ethernet as redundant internet sources, with automatic failover between connections if one drops. This significantly reduces the risk of stream interruption. We also maintain a local recording throughout the event so that even in the event of a streaming interruption, a complete programme recording is available.
